con un incremento del 6%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nEl <strong>precio del metro cuadrado de una vivienda de obra nueva en Barcelona capital es de 5.428\u20ac por metro cuadrado<\/strong>. As\u00ed se desprende del \u00faltimo informe de Activum Real Estate Consulting, que analiza la comparativa de oferta de obra nueva en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Barcelona del 2021 y actualmente.\n\nEn la actualidad en Barcelona, el Eixample ha sido el \u00e1rea m\u00e1s exclusiva para las promociones de obra nueva, con un precio medio por metro cuadrado de 8.070\u20ac, lo que supone un incremento del 15% frente a diciembre de 2021 (6.987\u20ac\/m2). Por detr\u00e1s se encuentra el barrio de Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi, con un precio de 7.138\u20ac por metro cuadrado; le siguen las zonas de Gr\u00e0cia y Sant Mart\u00ed, que con apenas variaci\u00f3n frente a 2021, han arrojado un valor medio por metro cuadrado de 6.208\u20ac y 5.097\u20ac respectivamente.\n\nA continuaci\u00f3n, y por debajo de los 4.000\u20ac por metro cuadrado en obra nueva, encontramos los barrios de Horta Guinard\u00f3 (4.885\u20ac\/m2 en 2022) y Ciutat Vella (4.762\u20ac\/m2).
