de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas de servicios nace el proyecto \u201cServicios 360\u00ba BTR\u201d, donde se han aunado esfuerzos, know-how, experiencia y territorialidad.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>El sector del Build to Rent se ha consolidado en Espa\u00f1a y cuenta cada vez con m\u00e1s promotoras, consultoras e inversores participando en esta f\u00f3rmula.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Se prev\u00e9 un incremento para este a\u00f1o 2022 de casi el 15 %, superando los <\/strong><strong>2.400 millones de euros<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>El Build to Rent (BTR) ser\u00e1 uno de los grandes modelos inmobiliarios durante 2022, llegando a superar la inversi\u00f3n de 2.400 millones de euros en Espa\u00f1a seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/activum.es\/\">Activum Real<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/activum.es\/\">Estate Consulting, consultora inmobiliaria.<\/a> En este contexto, Activum Real Estate Consulting, y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aciertaasistencia.es\/\">Acierta<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aciertaasistencia.es\/\">Asistencia (Grupo Caser)<\/a>, compa\u00f1\u00eda especializada en Mantenimiento de Activos Inmobiliarios, han lanzado <em>Servicios 360\u00ba BTR<\/em>, una cartera integral de servicios que permitir\u00e1 dar respuesta a todas las necesidades de lanzamiento y mantenimiento de edificios BTR; as\u00ed como de atenci\u00f3n a los hu\u00e9spedes.<\/p><p>Fruto de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre dos consolidadas compa\u00f1\u00edas del sector servicios, nace este acuerdo comercial en el que, aunando esfuerzos, know-how, experiencia y territorialidad, se da respuesta a toda la gama de servicios que el Build To Rent requiere. De esta manera, <em>Servicios 360\u00ba BTR <\/em>ofrece una gesti\u00f3n hol\u00edstica de estos activos para el alquiler: generaci\u00f3n de oportunidades y desarrollo en el mercado, gesti\u00f3n del proyecto, comercializaci\u00f3n y marketing de las viviendas, mantenimiento integral de los activos y atenci\u00f3n a los clientes 24 horas con el edificio ya en funcionamiento.<\/p><p><em>Servicios 360\u00ba BTR <\/em>permitir\u00e1 mantener y aumentar en el tiempo el valor del propio inmueble, as\u00ed como optimizar costes de mantenimiento, de actuaciones puntuales, gastos generales, impuestos y seguros y maximizar los ingresos totales que produce, y que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las simples rentas y su actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Para <strong>Antonio Lodeiro, CEO de Activum<\/strong>, \u201ceste acuerdo beneficiar\u00e1 tanto a los inversores y promotores como al usuario final. Los inversores y los promotores en BTR necesitan operadores especializados en la gesti\u00f3n de este tipo de activos, que tengan capacidad para administrar grandes vol\u00famenes y una amplia presencia geogr\u00e1fica. Adem\u00e1s, sabemos que valorar\u00e1n la eficacia, coordinaci\u00f3n y rapidez de gesti\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n con la figura del Property&amp;Facility Manager (un gestor \u201cTOTAL\u201d), que aglutine todos los servicios y lo haga de manera especializada en cada campo\u201d. Se estima que en el a\u00f1o 2021 se invirtieron 2.100 millones de euros en residencial en alquiler, lo que supone un incremento del 5 % respecto del a\u00f1o anterior seg\u00fan el departamento de Research de Activum. Seg\u00fan este, tambi\u00e9n se registrar\u00e1 <strong>un incremento para este a\u00f1o 2022 de casi el 15 %, superando los 2.400 millones de euros.<\/strong><\/p><p>En la actualidad <strong>hay alrededor de 30 promociones publicadas en el portal inmobiliario Idealista, que principalmente se reparten entre Madrid y Barcelona.<\/strong><\/p><p><!-- [if gte mso 9]><xml><br \/>
