\/><\/div><ul><li><strong>Barcelona desplaza a Madrid en precios de alquiler, con un aumento del 14% en viviendas de dos dormitorios y un 8% en las de tres <\/strong><\/li><li><strong><strong>M\u00e1laga a\u00fan se encuentra por debajo de Valencia en cuanto a precios de alquiler<\/strong><\/strong><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Los precios de los alquileres llegan a m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos pr\u00e1cticamente en todo el territorio nacional, destacando especialmente en las ciudades de Madrid y Barcelona, donde varios distritos superan los 2.000\u20ac mensuales seg\u00fan el estudio <strong>\u201cEl alquiler en las ciudades espa\u00f1olas de mayor expansi\u00f3n inmobiliaria<\/strong>\u201d, de <a href=\"https:\/\/activum.es\/\">Activum Real Estate Consulting<\/a>. Aunque Valencia y M\u00e1laga tambi\u00e9n experimentan un crecimiento, no alcanzan los niveles de las dos grandes capitales: Valencia tiene una media de 1.605\u20ac en los pisos de dos dormitorios y 1.753\u20ac en los de tres; en M\u00e1laga los precios son de 1.361\u20ac y 1.516\u20ac respectivamente.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Distritos que superan los 2.000\u20ac al mes<\/strong><\/p><p>En siete distritos madrile\u00f1os alquilar un piso de varias habitaciones supera los 2.000\u20ac. El barrio de Salamanca encabeza la lista con una media de 2.487\u20ac por una vivienda de dos dormitorios y 3.896\u20ac de tres. \u00a0Le sigue Chamber\u00ed (2.579\u20ac de media en el de dos dormitorios y 3.572\u20ac en el de tres), Centro (2.572\u20ac en el de dos dormitorios y 3.390\u20ac en el de tres), el Retiro (2.212\u20ac en las viviendas de dos dormitorios y 3.228\u20ac en las de tres), Chamart\u00edn (2.243\u20ac en el de dos y 2.855\u20ac en el de tres), Moncloa (2.342\u20ac en el de dos y 2.198\u20ac en el de tres) y Tetu\u00e1n (1.771\u20ac y 2.374\u20ac respectivamente).<\/p><p>Barcelona tambi\u00e9n experimenta una transformaci\u00f3n en su panorama de alquiler, con seis distritos superando los 2.000\u20ac en viviendas de varios dormitorios. Eixample encabeza la lista con una media de 2.615\u20ac en dos dormitorios y 2.982\u20ac en tres. Sin embargo, en materia de alquiler todav\u00eda no consigue desbancar a la tercera ciudad principal espa\u00f1ola, Valencia. La ciudad del sur alcanza los 1.361\u20ac para las viviendas de dos dormitorios y 1.516\u20ac en las de tres, por su parte Valencia llega a los 1.605\u20ac en las viviendas de dos dormitorios y
