Puede ser el doble dependiendo de la zona<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>Valencia capital<\/strong>, el precio medio de una vivienda de obra nueva con tres dormitorios es de <strong>278.143\u20ac.<\/strong> Este importe puede variar dependiendo de la zona de la ciudad d\u00f3nde se ubique el inmueble. El barrio con el precio m\u00e1s elevado es <strong>Ciutat Vella con 435.000\u20ac<\/strong> de media en una vivienda de tres habitaciones, el precio del metro cuadrado aqu\u00ed es de 3.866\u20ac.
