vivienda y precio medio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los Desarrollos del Sureste y cu\u00e1l es su situaci\u00f3n actual?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son una serie de \u00e1mbitos que rodean a Madrid por el este, al l\u00edmite del t\u00e9rmino municipal, con capacidad para m\u00e1s de 100.000 viviendas. Hay, aproximadamente, 20 promociones. Por otro lado, Los Berrocales ha comenzado su andadura con anuncios de cooperativas para vivienda libre y protegida. Ibosa es la protagonista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de vivienda se est\u00e1 desarrollando? \u00bfCon qu\u00e9 precios?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La vivienda tipo es un piso de dos-tres dormitorios, de 3.000 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>c, en urbanizaci\u00f3n con jard\u00edn y piscina. Hay promociones puntuales de unifamiliares adosados, con precio entre 550.000 y 600.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1n avanzando a d\u00eda de hoy estos Desarrollos?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este mes de julio el Ayuntamiento ha dado luz verde al proyecto de urbanizaci\u00f3n de <strong>Los Cerros <\/strong>y comenzar\u00e1n las obras este mismo septiembre. Se va a desarrollar una primera fase \u2013de las tres previstas- con capacidad para 4.175 viviendas. A finales de a\u00f1o se podr\u00e1n simultanear obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de viviendas.<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t<li><strong>Los Ahijones <\/strong>ya se est\u00e1n urbanizando. La primera etapa, con capacidad para 3.132 viviendas, est\u00e1 prevista que se termine a mediados de 2023. Tendr\u00e1 un total de cinco etapas. Entre los grandes propietarios se encuentra La Llave de Oro, que ha comprado suelo recientemente para desarrollar 1.700 viviendas.<\/li>\n \t<li>En <strong>Los Berrocales <\/strong>se prev\u00e9 su urbanizaci\u00f3n en seis fases. La primera est\u00e1 muy avanzada y tendr\u00e1 4.500 viviendas. Hace una semana la gestora de cooperativas Ibosa se ha adjudicado en p\u00fablica subasta las dos primeras parcelas. Son protegidas y con capacidad para 300 viviendas en total. Se prev\u00e9 inicio de las viviendas a finales de 2023 y entregarlas dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s. Precios que van desde los 160.000 a los 280.000 euros.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Valdecarros<\/strong> se va a desarrollar en ocho fases. Ya est\u00e1 en marcha la primera y la segunda y tercera est\u00e1n previstas que comiencen en 2023 y que coincidan con la primera. S\u00f3lo \u00e9stas tienen capacidad para 13.500 viviendas. Se prev\u00e9 que en 2026 \u2013 2027 se entreguen las primeras viviendas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los desarrollos del Sureste van a aportar un n\u00famero muy importante de viviendas para la ciudad de Madrid.
