En comparaci\u00f3n con 2021, <strong>la oferta de obra nueva ha descendido un 56,23% este a\u00f1o<\/strong>, e igualmente las promociones de obra nueva no son las mismas, ya que las que se analizaron en 2021 est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente vendidas y no queda stock. As\u00ed lo ha analizado la consultora inmobiliaria <a href=\"https:\/\/activum.es\/\">Activum Real Estate Consulting<\/a> en su \u00faltimo estudio todas las cuestiones relativas a la obra nueva en el centro de Madrid compar\u00e1ndolo con datos recogidos en diciembre de 2021.<\/p><p>En funci\u00f3n de la parada de metro m\u00e1s cercana, la zona de <strong>Pir\u00e1mides es la que cuenta con mayor oferta de viviendas de obra nueva, con un total de 447<\/strong>. Le sigue la zona de la parada Alfonso XIII con 217 viviendas de obra nueva, y Guzm\u00e1n el Bueno con 90 viviendas.
