The show confirmed the current strength of the real estate sector.
Today marks the end of the 20th edition of Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP). During the last 5 days, Hall 8 of Fira de Barcelona has brought together thousands of people looking for a new home, more than 50 exhibitors and hundreds of professionals willing to facilitate the search for real estate products to potential customers.
Across the board, as reported by the News Tree, exhibitors at the show highlight the increase in demand for homes at a good price or for rent. It is also worth noting that the customers who come to the show are very clear about what they want, which will enable them to close deals initiated at BMP more quickly than at the last edition.
In the words of Antonio LodeiroActivum's CEO, "this is the first time we are participating in BMP and we are very excited to be part of it. the experience is proving to be very positive at the level of relations with potential business companies". Antonio Lodeiro explained to Árbol de Noticias that "the purpose of our participation in the show is to promote the image of our company, present the services we can offer and sell the product we have available. We are satisfied because we have achieved our objective".

The show presented as a novelty holding real estate talks for the general public. Visitors were able to delve into key issues in the sale-purchase of real estate such as the rights of the real estate customer-consumer, the inherent costs of buying or selling a property (APIS commissions, notary, registration, taxes, etc...) or tips on how to show a flat when selling it online.
