Activum takes stock of 2021: commercial sales exceeding 2100 assets and more than 1400 deals delivered and deeded to its main clients

Activum Real Estate Consulting has presented the results of its 2021 financial year. The real estate consulting firm, led by Antonio Lodeiro and Cristina Balaguer, achieved commercial sales in excess of 2100 assetsThis represents an increase of 36% compared to 2020 sales.

The consultancy has traded for more than €380 million in 2021, doubling this year's figures presented at the end of 2017, and continuing with an annual growth line of around 25%.
In addition, during the last financial year, Activum has deeded and handed over more than 1400 transactions of its main customers and has marketed 50 new-build developments22 of which will be commercially launched in 2021, in the territories of Catalonia, Aragon, the Balearic Islands, Valencia, Andalusia and Madrid.

During the course of 2022Activum plans to continue on this growth path, delivering more than 3,000 assets for sale and lease by 2023, as well as increasing its participation in integrated projects, making the entire value chain available to the client, and positioning the new line of business in the Build to Rent segment.
Build to Rent: new service in the portfolio
Activum is finalising the launch of its new line of services for Build to Rent, which meets the needs and requirements of the different players that are betting heavily on this real estate segment, and which aims not only to manage rental assets in the most efficient way, but also to to increase its value over time by applying commercial know-how and expertise to achieve higher revenues than those purely derived from rents and their updates.
