Girona: Costa brava

The Costa Brava offers a wide range of prices: from almost €50,000 in Castelló d'Empúries to more than €1,236,000 in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, reflecting the diversity and attractiveness of this coastal region.

Among the most exclusive towns on the Girona coast are iconic destinations that symbolise luxury and prestige.

    • Sant Feliu de Guíxols: At a price of 1.236.620 € for a flat of 160 m², tops the list of the most expensive flats on the Costa Brava. This town is known for its beautiful Benedictine monastery and its cultural scene.
    • Castell - Platja D'Aro: A flat of 101 m² is valued at 1.150.00 €, keeping the town as one of the most desirable destinations for its location, entertainment and paradisiacal beaches.
    • Lloret de Mar: At a price of 850.000 € For 132 m², Lloret stands out for its beaches, botanical gardens and a rich tourist offer.

In contrast, Castelló d'Empúries and Sant Pere Pescados emerge as accessible and attractive coastal destinations for those looking to acquire a property near the sea, but without making large investments.

    • Castelló d'Empúries: With only 49.200 € Castelló d'Empúries is one of the most affordable options for those who are looking for a coastal residence without having to spend a lot of money.
