Activum continues to strengthen its commercial structure to drive its growth in the real estate market. In the context of a significant expansion of its operations and with the objective of maximising the value offered to clients and investors, Laura González Ponce takes on the position of Territorial Director for Central and Levante, assuming the responsibility of leading the commercial and management strategies in this key region for the real estate company.
Laura is a leading real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience. She joins Activum after 14 years at doValue Spain - Altamira, where she held key roles in asset management and marketing. She recently assumed the position of Sales Director of New Developments in this company, after having been Director of Commercial Segment and Residential Strategy. Previously, as Key Account Manager at Metrovacesa, she led the launch of several successful developments, among other roles.

Laura holds a degree in Architecture with a specialisation in Urban Planning from the ETSAM. She also holds a Master's Degree in Building Management and Technical Control, where she graduated with Honourable Mention. Her education is complemented with a Master in Real Estate Management (Universidad Europea) and an Executive Master in Real Estate Asset Management, graduating Cum Laude in 2022. He recently completed the Advanced ESG Programme in Real Estate at IE Business School (2024).
