The third quarter of the year saw growth of 22% compared to the first quarter of 2016.
According to data collected from Activum's offices in Levante, Catalonia, Balearic Islands, Andalusia and Central Spain, the months with the highest number of property searches were August and May.
In particular, August is the month that recorded the highest number of customers, with more than 58% compared to January. On the other hand, June was the worst month, with a drop of 48% compared to the previous month, May.
These data reinforce that the real estate market continues its recovery phase and confirms itself as an attractive sector for investment.
