- The first Activum convention was held in Madrid, bringing together more than 80 professionals who are part of the company.
- This conference included a training session in the form of lectures held at Casa América, prize-giving, team building sessions and many other surprises for all those who attended.
Activum met on 6 May in Madrid to present the company's way of doing things: Attitude, Confidence, Work, Initiative, and Values. These skills have been defined as the ingredients of the #ModoActivum recipe.
Training session at Casa América
Activum's General Manager, Cristina Balaguer, kicked off the day with a warm welcome to all attendees. He went on to explain the macroeconomic outlook that may influence the sector and then went into the history of the company, a history that ends with successful results: in 2021 ACTIVUM realised commercial sales of over 2,100 assets and more than 1,400 transactions.
The CEO emotionally recalled and thanked all the members of the company for these achievements and then gave way to operations manager, Marta Balaguer, who explained the new projects that are being developed because it is "a basic pillar and we aim to be efficient, competitive and productive".
This session continued to be guided by the director of Human Resources, Carmen Rubio, which enjoyed one of the most emotive parts of the day with its session "People, Activum's most precious asset".
The commercial director of Activum, Carmen Martínez, presented another of the company's great assets: its sales team. Montse Ribó, territorial director for Catalonia, Nani Roger for Alicante and Murcia, Elisabet Martínez for Andalusia, Marisa Campos for Catalonia, Aragon and Luly Martin for Valencia. The President of the European Parliament, who was also the first to take the stage, but without forgetting all his colleagues, paid tribute to each one of them with a video.
After the break, Marketing Director Tania Roel, continued the session by explaining the dual purpose of the department: to look after the Activum brand and to be a marketing services agency for clients.. He also explained the company's new revamped image, something to which special enthusiasm is being put.
It then opened the way for the director of Research, Ignacio Ortiz, to expose the essential work done by this team that brings great value: the importance of their role in tenders, market research, market updates and reports are of utmost importance to ACTIVUM.
The director of Project Management, Jose Alberto Clemente, a department that services the company in investment matters and generates operations in Levante, Centro, CAB and Andalusia.
Antonio Lodeiro, CEO of Activum, brought the morning session to a close with a motivational speech that filled the audience with emotion.

The day continued at Casa de Suecia where the awards ceremony was held, always making it clear that everyone deserves to be thanked, but a nod was given to the people who have achieved exceptional results in 2021.
The Madrid sunset was witness of the great ACTIVUM surprise: a bus with the ACTIVUM brand picked up each one of the attendees from their hotel to finish the evening at Fortuny.
Attitude, Confidence, Work, Initiative, and Values were the most lived words of the day together with #ModoActivum.
