- One year after the launch by 360º Build To Rent which was born as a result of a Business Alliance between Activum Real Estate Consulting and Acierta (Caser Group), is awarded in the category of Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 by Actualidad Económica (El Mundo) as one of the 100 best Ideas of the year.
The 100 Best Ideas of 2023 have awarded the most brilliant, useful and innovative products and services launched in our country from 1 January 2022 to 28 February 2023 in different categories. One year after the launch 360º Build To Rent, this service has been awarded in the category of Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 for providing a comprehensive solution to the 'Build to Rent' real estate segment.
At the presentation event of "The 100 Best Ideas of 2023" the Marketing and Communication Director of ACTIVUM, Tania Roel, and Alejandro de la Rúa, Commercial Director of Acierta, received the award.
