According to a study carried out by Activum Real Estatea company with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, house prices have risen by between 4% and 9% in different areas, with Berrocales and El Cañaveral standing out as the neighbourhoods with the highest increases.
Berrocales Leads in Price Increases
Among the areas that have seen the highest growth in house prices, Berrocales tops the list with an increase of 8,40%. In January 2024 the price per square metre in Berrocales was 2.960 €/m²and by July, it had risen to 3.209 €/m². This area has attracted the attention of buyers looking for new opportunities in Madrid's residential market.
El Cañaveral: A Neighbourhood in Full Expansion
