The real estate consultancy Activum Real Estate Consulting has analysed in its latest study the development of new homes in Denia. There are a total of five turnkey developments, these 5 are new multi-family developments.

The main typology of new developments in Denia is the two-bedroom. In addition to this, there are also three-bedroom properties. However, one-bedroom and four-bedroom properties are rare in multi-family developments. On the other hand, four-bedroom homes are frequent in single-family developments, although the most characteristic typology is the three-bedroom.
The average price of multi-family dwellings is €260,000. Depending on the characteristics of the property there are variations in price, with 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom properties being available for under €100,000. In addition, there are prices of over 400,000€ for penthouse type properties with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
In the case of detached villas, the average price of these is 810.000€. In this particular case, the majority of properties are between €400,000 and €600,000 but the development Chalets Unifamiliares Denia deviates from the average as its prices are at €2,400,000.
