Build to Rent (BTR) will be one of the major real estate models in 2022, with more than 2.4 billion euros of investment in Spain, according to Activum Real Estate Consulting, real estate consultancy. In this context, Activum Real Estate Consulting, and Get it right Assistance (Caser Group)a company specialised in Real Estate Asset Maintenance, have launched 360º BTR ServicesThe BTR building management system, a comprehensive portfolio of services that will allow us to respond to all the needs of launching and maintaining BTR buildings, as well as providing guest services.
As a result of the collaboration between two consolidated companies in the service sector, this commercial agreement is born in which, combining efforts, know-how, experience and territoriality, a response is given to the full range of services that Build To Rent requires. In this way, 360º BTR Services offers holistic management of these rental assets: lead generation and market development, project management, marketing and commercialisation of the properties, comprehensive asset maintenance and 24-hour customer service with the building already in operation.
360º BTR Services will make it possible to maintain and increase the value of the property itself over time, as well as to optimise maintenance costs, specific actions, general expenses, taxes and insurance and maximise the total income it produces, which goes beyond simple rents and their updating.

A booming real estate model in Spain
The Build to Rent sector has consolidated in our country and more and more developers, consultants and investors are participating in this segment. It is estimated that 2.1 billion euros will be invested in residential rental property in 2021, which represents an increase of 5 % compared to the previous year, according to Activum's Research Department. According to Activum Research, there will also be an increase by 2022 of almost 15 % to over EUR 2.4 billion.
At present there are around 30 developments published on the Idealista real estate portal, mainly in Madrid and Barcelona.
