  • Activum, Real Estate Consulting has carried out a study on new construction in the main cities of Galicia: more than 1,800 homes on offer.
  • Vigo has 926 new-build properties; with an average price for a 3-bedroom property of 410€. La Coruña has 637 properties; with an average price of €320,683. Santiago de Compostela has 242 properties; with an average price of €324,000.

Activum Real Estate Consulting, real estate consultancy, has analysed housing data in northern Spain in its latest study. Galicia is one of the autonomous communities with the greatest supply of new-build housing in the north of Spain. with more than 1.800 homes for sale in 36 promotions.

What are the average prices and square metres in each city?

The The average price of new construction in the capitals of Galicia does not vary much between them; the most expensive capital is Santiago de Compostela with an average price 324,000 € for a 3-bedroom property with an average of 119 m², followed by Vigo with an average price of 310,410 € and an average of 123 m². The cheapest city is La Coruña with 302.683 € for 157 m².

What are the growth areas in the Galician capitals?
