Fuente de la Salud, Cordoba's new neighbourhood, is witnessing major real estate growth. Currently, this area is set to become the epicentre of investment and growth in Cordoba, with more than 1,090 homes under development. This is the main conclusion of the analysis of the new-build housing market in Cordoba carried out by Activum Real Estate, a leading real estate consultancy, which reveals a supply of around 2,000 new homes under development in the city.

 

Fuente de la Salud: an expanding neighbourhood

Fuente de la Salud has established itself as a high-growth area, attracting numerous national developers who have seen the potential of this area. With a total of more than 1,090 homes under development, Fuente de la Salud accounts for more than half of all new housing in Cordoba.

Neinor Homes leads the ranking of developers with 26% of the total housing stock, leading the market with two large projects: Patriarca Homesan impressive development of 140 dwellings and, Gran Capitán Homesa community of 137 homes with a modern design. Following closely and ready for immediate delivery, Kronos Homes is positioned with 19% of the total number of dwellings, distributed in Tribeka IIwhich has 130 dwellings, and Flowwith 78 dwellings.

Efico Homes covers 13% of the total number of dwellings with its unique project. Onsen Residentialwhich offers 138 homes with a communal swimming pool and outstanding terraces. Impact Homes enter Residencial El Miradora development with 101 homes with panoramic views, representing 9% of the total housing stock in the area.

Grupo Insur and Vía Célere also have a significant presence in Fuente de la Salud, with 9% and 8% respectively. Insu Groupr is developing Terrazas de Santa Rosa IIwith 99 dwellings, while Via Célere offers its project Célere Mirabueno phase I and Célere Mirabueno phase II, with 46 and 44 homes respectively.

Inmoclever contributes 7% of the total housing stock in the neighbourhood with its project. Shining Strutwhich includes 79 dwellings. Panarento offers two developments in Noreña: La Finca de los Jardineswith 70 dwellings, and La Finca de los Jardines IVwith 30 additional dwellings, amounting to 5% of the total.
