The Universidad-Romareda and Centro areas have the highest prices in the city. Buying a newly-built property in these neighbourhoods costs an average of 389.650€ y 377,826 respectively. Huesca: greater supply of new single-family homes with prices similar to those of Zaragoza
It might seem that Huesca has lower prices than Zaragoza, but the reality is that the drop is not very representative. A house in Zaragoza costs on average 243.808€ (area and capital) while in Huesca the average drops to 221.269€.
